该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.负责公司内外部招标采购比选的全程监督指导 2.主导招标流程审批及数据统计分析 3.统筹招标管理小组秘书工作，包括会议组织、异常通报及年度报告编制 4.组织跨部门完成供应商年度履约评价，建立动态分级管理体系 5.维护技术供应商名录 6.审核工程施工申请 7.协调工程造价结算送审 8.管理第三方招标代理及造价咨询机构合作 9.组织月度废旧金属竞拍 任职要求： 1.审计、工程管理相关专业本科以上学历 2.5年以上招标采购或工程审计经验，持有CIA/CPA优先 3.精通招投标法、政府采购法及工程结算规范 4.熟练使用广联达等造价软件及ERP系统 5.数据分析能力强，能独立完成年度招标分析报告 7.有国企或上市公司招标管理经验者优先
