岗位名称：风机 NVH / 鼓风机噪声研发工程师 工作职责 1、负责汽车空调鼓风机、冷却风扇噪声、振动问题开发与优化，识别气动噪声、电机电磁噪声、结构噪声来源 2、开展风机噪声测试、频谱分析、阶次分析，制定降噪方案 使用 LMS、Actran、Fluent 开展风机气动噪声仿真，优化叶轮、蜗壳、风道结构 3、对标行业，建立风机噪声控制标准，解决量产及开发阶段异响、噪音超标问题 任职要求 1、2 年及以上汽车热管理、风机企业 NVH 经验优先，熟悉鼓风机、冷却风扇噪声机理，熟悉 GB/T 2888、汽车空调风机噪声标准，会 LMS 测试、声学仿真、结构优化
