- 产品开发过程控制新技术或新产品的前期学习任务团队内的技术协调 资格和要求: 对电信行业有深入的了解，特别是LTE系统和5G 对系统角色和职责有深刻的理解
- 8年基站设计工作经验（或者8年以上射频硬件研发相关经验，诺基亚、华为经验佳）
- 熟悉相关仪器的使用 本科或以上学历，电子工程、计算机科学或相关专业 良好的组织能力和结构思维
- 积极主动的个人性格 英语听说读写熟练
