该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述：
- 通过查阅文献和专利，设计结构新颖的核苷类似物的合成路线，以支撑小核酸药物研发
- 完成多步合成路线，优化反应条件，解决反应中出现的问题
- 使用分析及分离仪器，包括ISCO, HPLC, LC-MS, 并能维护仪器和解决常见问题；利用NMR等进行结构鉴定
- 指导实验助理以及协助管理CRO项目进展
- 在团队和交叉团队会议上，汇报项目进展，提供专业技术意见
- 参与知识产权创新、以及专利和文献的整理发表工作 任职要求： 基本要求
- 有机化学或者药物化学博士
- 对有机合成和反应机理有深入理解
- 拥有复杂化合物的合成经验，并能全面掌握结构鉴定、分析、分离技术
- 积极主动的计划、安排、推进项目进展
- 具有出众的沟通能力、英语表达能力、和报告技巧
- 具备优秀的团队合作能力，可以在多学科团队中发挥作用并成长 优先条件
- 具有1年以上的工业界经验或者博士后经验
- 拥有天然产物的合成经验，或者具有核苷、杂环、糖类化合物的合成经验
