What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.负责汽车整车车身结构件的强度、刚度及疲劳耐久性能仿真分析，确保设计满足安全与耐久标准 2.建立并优化有限元模型，使用主流CAE软件如Abaqus、Nastran等进行静力学与动力学仿真计算 3.根据台架试验与道路载荷谱，进行结构疲劳寿命预测与损伤分析，提出改进方案 4.编写仿真分析报告，与设计、试验团队紧密协作，支撑产品开发与问题解决流程 任职要求： 1.具备机械、车辆工程等相关专业大专及以上学历，拥有3年以上结构耐久CAE分析经验 2.熟练掌握HyperMesh、Abaqus或Nastran等至少一款主流前后处理及求解软件 3.熟悉汽车结构强度、刚度及疲劳耐久分析方法与行业标准，如焊点、焊缝疲劳评估 4.具备良好的团队协作与沟通能力，能独立完成分析项目并推动设计优化
