What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：
- 负责汽车内外饰零部件的设计、开发及3D数据建模，确保设计符合主机厂技术规范
- 主导内外饰件（如仪表板、门板、保险杠）的DFMEA分析 3.协调供应商完成零件样件制作与工装开发，管控项目进度偏差在5%以内
- 解决量产阶段的内外饰装配与匹配问题，推动问题关闭率达到95%以上
任职要求：
- 机械设计或车辆工程专业大专及以上学历，具备3年以上汽车内外饰开发经验
- 精通CATIA或UG软件，能够独立完成A面至B面的数据设计
- 熟悉内外饰常用材料（如PP、ABS、PVC）特性及成型工艺（注塑、吸塑）
- 具备至少1个完整车型内外饰项目量产经验，有主流主机厂合作背景者优先
