该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1. 负责BH-DFB/EML的设计开发;
- 主导BH-DFB/EML产品项目分析，规范制定，参数讨论和技术文件编制;
- 负责BH-DFB/EML数据分析(测试、可靠性等)，提出改进建议;
- 负责BH-DFB/EML失效分析，与团队讨论新设计; 5. 协调外延、包测、FAE等内部部门加快开发;
- 与外部供应商进行技术讨论，包括模块，以探索新项目所需的资源。
任职要求： 1. 硕士及以上学历，电子、通信、半导体、光电等相关专业; 2. 3年以上高速DFB/EML芯片研发经验; 3. 具备系统的半导体激光器、光电探测器理论知识，以及仿真设计方法;
- 熟悉半导体工艺流程; 5. 良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力。
