该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责： 1.负责工厂针刺无纺工艺维护及优化，解决生产异常以及提升生产效率； 2.负责无纺新材料，新工艺的研发验证及导入，并跟踪研发材料下一工序的生产过程； 3.负责针刺无纺工艺作业标准建立，维护，改进及生产作业培训； 4.牵头组织质量异常分析及处理；
任职要求： 1、纺织工程、非织造材料与工程、非金属材料科学与工程等相关专业 了解无纺针刺设备本科以上学历，5年以上相关工作经验 2、英语可作为工作语言 3、愿意从事该专业工作且吃苦耐劳，有学习的意愿 4、汽车行业工作背景优先
