该职位来源于猎聘 薪酬分析专家（薪资范围：20-25k，特别优秀可面谈） 岗位职责： 1. 设计销售薪酬激励方案，驱动整体业绩增长； 2. 分析人效与薪酬投产比，持续优化成本结构； 3. 监控薪酬数据异常，确保体系合规且公平； 4. 开展行业薪酬调研，保持外部竞争与内部平衡； 5. 协同财务与业务部门，编制预算并管控成本； 6. 搭建薪酬数据分析模型，支撑总部经营决策； 任职要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，财务、人力、统计等相关专业优先； 2. 8年薪酬或经营分析经验，3年以上团队管理经验； 3. 精通数据建模、业务洞察与跨部门协同能力； 4. 有连锁零售经验，熟悉各类激励工具者优先；
