质量工程师（临港）

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、Routine execution 日常执行事项  Implement incoming inspection, final inspection, pump repairing. 实施进料检验、终检、泵维修  Measuring instruments management and control. 测量仪器的管理和控制  Communication with customer about quality problems. 与客户沟通质量问题 2、Collection, statistic and analysis of quality data质量数据的收集、统计和分析  Collect quality data of each process（IQC\PQC\FQC\Customer complaint）、Statistics and analysis of quality data in the appropriate ways收集各工序质量数据(IQC\PQC\FQC\客户投诉)、以适当的方式统计和分析质量数据 3、Establishment, implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the quality management system of factory工厂质量管理体系的建立、实施、维护和持续改进  Complete ISO9001 certification完成ISO9001认证  Establish factory quality manual建立工厂质量手册  Organize and implement internal audit组织实施内部审核  Management and control of quality management system document质量管理体系文件的管理和控制  Planning and completing certificate of products，such as CE. 策划并完成产品的认证，如CE认证 4、Management and control of nonconformity不合格的管理和控制  Ensure that nonconformities are found in IQC, PQC, FQC processes确保在IQC, PQC, FQC过程中发现不符合项  Promote responsible department to deal with nonconforming and take actions to control and correct nonconformity促进责任部门处理不符合，并采取措施控制和纠正不符合  Deal with and improve customer complaint. 处理并改善客户投诉 5、Quality information communication优质信息交流  Communicate with the internal department about the quality issues in order to continue improve与内部部门就质量问题进行沟通，以持续改进  Communicate with customer to find the chance to improve. 与客户沟通，寻找改进的机会 6、Inspection standard planning检验标准规划  Plan inspection standard for IQC、FQC制定IQC, FQC的检验标准  Plan check list for self-inspection of production. 制定生产自检检查清单 任职资格：  Excellent teamwork and leadership skills. 优秀的团队合作能力和领导能力  good ability to find, analyze and solve problems. 良好的发现、分析和解决问题的能力  Familiar with ISO9001 international standard. 熟悉ISO9001国际标准  Excellent judgment and decision-making ability. 优秀的判断和决策能力  Good communication skills. 良好的沟通能力  Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or related major.机械或相关专业本科以上学历  At least 5-year work experience .至少5年以上工作经验
