该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1. 参与芯片总体方案设计及模块电路方案设计； 2. 负责模拟电路模块设计及仿真验证； 3. 指导版图工程师完成模块版图设计； 4. 负责模块电路后仿真验证； 5. 参与制定芯片测试方案，协助完成芯片测试； 6. 负责芯片设计文档的撰写； 7.具体薪资面议 任职要求： 1. 微电子、电子工程、集成电路等相关专业硕士及以上学历； 2. 具有扎实的电路理论基础，熟悉模拟电路设计； 3. 熟悉半导体物理和器件原理，了解半导体工艺及其流程，熟悉cmos/bicmos/bipolar /bcd工艺、层次及器件； 4. 熟悉DCDC、ACDC环路控制模型，能熟练使用工具建模优先；
