- 负责模块级别后端设计。
- 负责block开发前期的后端PPA评估。
- 配合TOP 实现signoff 收敛。
职位要求
- 微电子相关专业硕士，IC行业 2-5年经验优先。
- 熟悉block level 从netlist到gds后端实现的全流程。
- 熟悉power/timing/DRC 等signoff流程，并有实际项目经验优先。
- 熟练使用相关的EDA工具(innovus/fusion coompiler/star-rc/primetime)。
- 有7nm以及更先进工艺节点设计量产经验者优先。
工作地点：合肥/上海/成都
