该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1. 负责LVMOS/SGT/SJ芯片设计实现； 2. 负责芯片整体性能的达成及优化； 3. 负责对应芯片新工艺研发及优化； 4. 负责与FAB对接，解决产品生产及研发过程中的问题； 5. 负责拟定芯片测试方案及支持芯片测试工作； 6. 负责跟进芯片后道验证及可靠性验证 任职资格： 1. 了解或熟悉版图软件candence的使用； 2. 熟悉基本半导体工艺流程； 3. 了解或具备芯片仿真及设计理念； 4. 精通office办公软件； 5. 具有良好的逻辑思维能力； 6. 具有良好的沟通能力及团队合作能力；特别说明有fab工作经或芯片设计经验者优先
