该职位来源于猎聘 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/职责：

• Earlier involvement in new project process planning review, new assy. line & new equipment /fixtures RFQ review /design review, pre-acceptance review, PTR. Aggressively point out all development phase process key issues and coordinate IPE/PM to close all issues before SOP. 早期介入新项目过程策划评审，积极参与新生产线、新设备/新夹具的技术要求评审/设计评审/预验收评审/厂内试生产调试。积极指出开发阶段过程开发问题并协调推动前期工艺工程师/项目经理在量产投产前关闭。
• After program transferring finish, take over production projects process maintaining and necessary improvements per lean principle.

在项目移交完成后，主导量产项目过程的维护与按精益原则的必要改善。

• Initiate and update process flow chart, PFMEA, process parameter, work instruction. 制作并更新流程图、过程失效模式与影响分析（PFMEA）、过程参数、作业指导文件。
• Initiate, update and give training about operation instruction

发布、更新并提供操作指导文件的培训。

• Technical supporting to mass production by trouble shooting, defect analysis/optimization and continuous improvement activity. 通过问题解决、缺陷分析和改进措施、持续改善，为量产提供技术支持。
• Process capability study and improvement. 进行过程能力研究并加以改进。
• Determine equipment capacity and schedule equipment updating plan, draft layout. 确定设备产能并制定设备更新计划，起草布局图。
• Responsible for production projects documentation and standard preparation, focusing on scrap ratio, customer complaints, efficiency improvement. 负责量产项目文档和标准准备，关注不良率、客户投诉、效率提升。
• Plant level standarzation preparing, layout planning and investment planning /application /proceeding.

工厂级标准化准备工作，工厂布局策划与管理，工厂投资的策划/申请/实施。

• Understanding of significant environmental aspects and important OH&S risk and control measures , and mastering of emergency response plan of the positions. 员工岗位的重大环境因素及重要危险源及控制措施的理解及岗位应急措施的掌握。
• Comply with company rules and regulations, including HSE, environment and quality requirements and policies. 遵守公司的规章制度，包括健康、安全与环境（HSE）、环境和质量要求及政策。
• Identify potential failures or risks, such as signs of equipment failure and cyber-attacks, and to take preventive measures in a timely manner. 具备识别潜在故障或风险的能力，如设备故障及网络攻击迹象，并能够及时采取预防措施。
• Other tasks given by leaders. 领导安排的其他工作。 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE/任职要求：
• Above bachelor degree major in automotive, mechanism, automation. 本科及以上学历，汽车、机械或自动化专业。
• At least 3 years ME experience in automotive industry. 至少3年汽车行业的ME（工艺工程师）工作经验。
• Good knowledge and on-hands application of CAD, FMEA , PFC. 精通CAD、FMEA、PFC等工具的理论知识，并具备实际操作经验。
• Self-supporting working manner. 具备独立工作的能力。
• Good linguistic proficiency of English. 英语语言能力较强。
• Oil filter product /process background is a plus.
