该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1. 负责产品焊接工艺方案/工艺流程文件/作业指导书文件编制； 2. 为生产部门提供技术支持，解决生产过程中出现的焊接技术问题； 3. 确保焊接过程和产品的质量符合标准要求，建立和完善焊接质量管理体系，制定质量控制标准和检验方法； 4. 负责对焊接操作人员进行培训和指导，提高他们的技能水平和工作效率。 岗位要求： 1. 学历：本科及以上，焊接专业优先； 2. 工作经验：3年以上，不锈钢管件焊接工艺工作经验优先， 3. 熟悉使用3D绘图软件； 4. 具备较强的语言表达及沟通协调能力；
