1、负责所属经营区域内搜索优秀房源，并获得业主租或售的权限；
2、在各类端口上发布并刷新房源信息；
3、识别客户需求，提供合适产品，进行谈判；
4、负责客户的接待、咨询工作，为客户提供专业的房地产置业咨询服务；
5、陪同客户看房，促成二手房买卖或租赁业务。 岗位要求：
1、男女不限，18岁以上
2、为人踏实稳重，职业责任敢强，积极上进；
3、性格开朗活泼，沟通表达能力强； 福利待遇：2500+高额提成+奖金+五险+话补+节日礼品+年度旅游+月休6-7天
