该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1. 负责OLED产品薄膜封装工艺的生产制备； 2. 解决薄膜封装设备（PECVD/ALD等）的常规故障； 3. 负责薄膜封装设备（PECVD/ALD等）的日常状态点检和预防性维护； 4. 分析改善在薄膜封装工艺中造成的品质异常； 5. 编写作业指导书，体系文件，安全作业规范等事项； 任职要求： 1. 本科及以上3年，电子、半导体、化学、物理、材料、光电及相关专业； 2. 了解薄膜封装原理的基础知识，了解封装膜层的制备、品质管控方法；具备OLED薄膜封装岗位工作经 验者优先； 3. 工作态度积极、主动性较高、责任感强，思路清晰、组织协调能力较强。 工作地址：南京
