- 负责产线设备架机、维护保养，故障分析及预防措施制定
- 执行产品工程分析，每周完成1-2种产品瓶颈工序改善
- 主导设备OEE提升项目，年度目标提升15%
- 编制标准化作业指导书，覆盖率达95%以上
任职要求：
- 机械/电子工程/光电等相关专业，本科及以上学历， 2.有半导体行业经验优先 3.英语CET-4及以上，能读写技术文档
