该职位来源于猎聘 一：客服岗位职责： 1：熟悉电脑操作和常用的电脑软件的使用 2：利用淘宝旺旺在线聊天工具，热情并准确回答顾客问题，引导并促成用户在网上愉快成交。 3：帮助顾客查询订单快递及跟踪物流信息，并积极处理售后问题，解决中差评。 4：严格认真执行公司指定的网店淘宝促销活动，并反馈顾客信息 5：严格认真执行公司针对淘宝网店的各种推广 6：负责在网店上和顾客售前沟通、售中介绍、售后服务，解答顾客对产品和购服务的疑问 7：售前早班：8:30-17:30 晚班16:00-24:00（一个月换一次排班）售后早班：9:00-18:00 晚班14:00-22:00（一周换一次排班）
