该职位来源于猎聘 1.设计开发纵向控制算法（PID/MPC/LQR等），实现精准的力矩分配、刹车控制及动力响应 2.搭建车辆纵向动力学模型，优化控制参数并完成实车标定 3.支持新车型控制算法适配，主导仿真环境下的算法预验证与问题闭环 4.协同感知、定位团队完成系统联调，输出控制算法功能安全文档（ISO 26262） 5.支持实车路测数据分析，推动控制策略迭代 职位要求 1.本科及以上学历，车辆工程、自动化、计算机等相关专业 2.3年以上纵向控制算法开发经验，主导过量产/预研项目全流程 3.精通C++/Python，掌握ROS/APollo等框架，熟悉Linux开发环境 4.深入理解车辆动力学、传动/制动系统原理，具备Simulink模型生成C代码经验
