该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、借助AI软件（如Chat GPT）/翻译软件，解答海外（主要是俄罗斯）玩家各种疑问，协助海外玩家解决游戏内问题，提高玩家的满意度。 2、熟悉各项游戏的SOP，且灵活运用。 3、及时收集反馈玩家问题，并协助主管不断优化处理流程。 职位要求： 1、工作时间：朝九晚六，周末双休，实习生一周能够实习4天及以上的优先 2、语言要求：有韩语相关等级证书 3、熟悉电脑办公软件操作，打字速度不低于每分钟60字 4、对工作负责，细心，有耐心，具有优秀的团队合作精神 5、有良好的客户服务意识及说服能力，且热爱游戏，并向往游戏行业 工作地点：福建福州-晋安区真望大厦
