该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、根据集团薪酬管理制度，负责公司整体薪酬管理工作，包括薪酬制定、调整及绩效考核等； 2、根据集团薪酬管理制度，负责公司整体薪酬管理工作，包括薪酬制定、调整及绩效考核等； 3、根据公司绩效考核结果，制定公司整体薪酬调整方案，并落实方案的具体执行； 4、根据公司薪酬管理制度，负责确定公司内部薪酬等级结构，包括岗位职务等级确定、薪酬档级确定等； 5、根据公司业务发展情况，及时掌握各地区行业市场薪酬变化趋势，提出公司薪酬调整方案，并落实具体方案的执行； 6、负责每月薪酬发放，对薪酬报表进行审核； 7、领导安排的其他工作。 8.英语书面熟悉，口语流利优先。 岗位要求： 1、全日制本科及以上学历； 2、具有5-10年人力成本分析、薪酬调研、薪酬核算经验，有制造业薪酬管理工作经验优先； 3、熟悉现代管理规范，熟悉薪酬体系的建立流程；
