该职位来源于猎聘 职责： 1、熟悉电镀、去胶、腐蚀、湿法刻蚀设备（我司设备以芯源和北方华创为主） 2、主持设备的日常维护和保养工作，及时诊断并解决生产设备故障 3、对接设备厂商，负责机台改造、新机评估、新设备入厂安装培训，设备软硬件升级 4、产线设备技术员培训 要求： 1、大专及以上学历，有3年及以上湿法方面设备维护经验 2、熟悉去胶和腐蚀原理，了解湿法 3、逻辑思维清晰，熟悉设备维护保养规范，有责任心和团队合作精神，沟通协调能力良好 4、熟悉去胶机、腐蚀设备工作原理，具有相关的项目施工、设备维护保养常识
