该职位来源于猎聘 聚焦于5G时代下的智慧城市建设，核心业务涵盖四大板块： 通信解决方案/光纤光缆/企业网络与云计算/系统集成与软件服务。 工作内容：机柜中插卡式的板卡的硬件开发 要求： 1、5年以上的多层板子的硬件开发经验； 2、扎实的数字 / 模拟电路基础，精通电源管理、时钟电路及接口电路设计； 3、熟悉熟悉任一EDA工具(mentor graphics, cadence)；目前用的mentor graphics; 4、产品：光通信（OTN、Ethernet、SDH、PDH（ 加分项）； 路由器/交换机等网络设备，服务器，也是高性能的硬件开发也可以尝试； 5、深入理解高速串行接口协议，熟悉SerDes架构，具备25G+高速信号设计调试经验； 6、熟练使用示波器、频谱分析仪、网络分析仪及光通信仪器仪表
