- 新产品试产现场跟进，问题收集及改善
- 新机种试产总结参与讨论
- 新产品生产资料的审核
- 量产机种产能及成本优化
技能要求: 1. 专科以上学历，机械工程，电气自动化控制，工业工程等相关专业
- 熟悉应用办公软件，会PRO-E,CAD等基本操作
- 工作态度积极，责任心强，具分析，独立解决问题的能力
- 良好的沟通，协调能力和团队合作意识
