该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、协助招聘专员/HRBP完成各类招聘文案撰写、发布、维护招聘信息、简历筛选及跟进；2、协助完成招聘数据分析、整理、总结并进行优化企业招聘流程； 3、协助开展人才发展相关工作，如人才盘点、招聘预测及策略制定等； 4、协助完成内部平台、系统和工具的维护与优化； 5、完成上级领导安排的其他相关工作。 岗位要求： 1、本科及以上学历，人力资源相关专业实习生优先，愿意往招聘方向发展，医药专业优先，了解医药销售优先； 2、对人力资源行业有一定的了解，有招聘专员/助理、实习生招聘经验者优先； 3、熟练使用Word、Excel、PowerPoint等办公软件； 4、具备良好的沟通能力、主动性、学习能力、抗压性及团队合作精神。 可实习半年以上优先，优先考虑大三、研二等学生
