该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、统筹和执行主播的直播工作，及时跟踪主播的创收数据，对直播情况进行复盘，提出优化方案并完成相应执行； 2、负责主播日常排班，管理运营、培训等相关工作； 3、负责直播内容的策划，从产品、内容、用户、推广四个方向把握直播产品的整体运营，制定提升用户量、活跃度、黏度的直播方案； 4、关注直播行业动向监测分析竞品动态并提出相应对策。 5、负责短视频内容产出； 岗位要求： 1、2年以上直播或者传媒行业运营管理经验；熟悉抖音直播等相关直播平台，有管理经验优先； 2、了解抖音及各大电商平台直播的相关流程及规则能对直播中的数据进行分析； 3、良好的表达沟通能力，有团队意识
