优化改造技术经理（泵产品）

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 配合备件销售团队开展标准泵优化改造项目，包括现场数据收集、技术方案制定及项目验收； Support spare parts sales team in standard pump optimization and retrofit projects, including site data collection, technical solution development, and project acceptance. 负责造纸行业EPU优化改造项目的实施与执行，确保项目进度、质量和成本控制； Execute EPU optimization and retrofit projects in the pulp & paper industry, ensuring project schedule, quality, and cost control. 主导或参与工程泵改造技术方案设计及现场技术支持； Lead or participate in technical solution design for engineered pump retrofit and provide on-site technical support. 协调客户、内部团队及供应商，确保改造项目顺利推进； Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. 在项目实施过程中提供技术问题分析与解决方案； Analyze and resolve technical issues during project execution. 兼顾备件订单处理工作，包括下单、开票、发货等流程； Handle spare parts orders, including order placement, invoicing, and delivery coordination. 定期出差至客户现场（中国及东南亚），提供现场技术支持； Travel regularly to customer sites (China and Southeast Asia) to provide technical support. 非出差期间，负责内部技术支持及项目相关文档处理； During non-travel periods, handle internal technical support and documentation tasks in office. 任职要求： 本科及以上学历，机械工程、流体机械或相关专业优先 Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Machinery, or related fields preferred 3–5年机械相关工作经验 3–5 years of working experience in mechanical or related field 具备机械设备或泵类系统基础知识 Basic knowledge of mechanical equipment or pump systems 具备项目执行及现场问题解决能力 Strong project execution and on-site problem-solving capability 具备英语读写及口头沟通能力 Good command of English in reading, writing and oral communication 熟练使用Microsoft Office 熟悉AutoCAD等工程软件者优先 Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus
