该职位来源于猎聘 工作内容： 1.负责项目前期技术交流，编写TR方案，项目报价 2.对接客户，收集客户需求，负责编写系统需求规格书 3.编写系统架构设计文件，功能架构分解和接口定义 4.问题分析，项目开发过程中的内部和外部问题，并领导内部团队解决问题，给客户汇报问题处理进展 5.对接软件，硬件，测试，解释需求疑问点 6.组织需求评审，管理需求变更 7.识别和管控项目风险、 任职要求： 1.电子相关专业，熟练使用各种办公软件，会使用需求管理工具 2.3年以上系统需求开发，或系统架构设计经验 3.有车身控制器，peps，空调热管理等车身域需求开发经验者优先考虑 4.了解AUTOSAR软件架构，优先考虑 5.有控制器类软硬件开发经验，优先考虑 6.良好的沟通能力，分析能力，学习能力，严谨细致
