- 负责微生物实验室日常运营管理，确保符合GMP和GLP规范要求
- 主导微生物检测方法开发与验证，年完成≥5个新方法验证
- 管理实验室团队，优化检测流程使检测效率提升
- 编制实验室SOP文件体系，确保100%通过国内外审计检查
任职要求：
- 微生物学相关专业本科以上学历，10年以上制药企业QC实验室管理经验
- 精通无菌检测、微生物限度等药典方法
- 具备3次以上FDA/EMA现场检查应对经验
- 熟练使用LIMS系统，英语熟练
