该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、独立自主完成具有核心竞争力的马达设计、仿真分析； 2、行业前沿技术评估导入，能够制定马达产品路线，并根据产品路线协助新产品的开发； 3、有效结合模组自身的优势，规划具有核心竞争力的产品路线并设计落地。 任职要求： 1、能够熟练使用3D/2D绘图软件（Creo、CAD等..）； 2、能够熟练使用ANSYS、Maxwall等仿真软件； 3、英语四级及以上； 4、良好的沟通协作能力，主观能动性强。
