该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1、负责新型仪表板、安全气囊、CCB、手套箱等部品的开发设计； 2、熟悉安全气囊爆破仿真分析及气囊开发设计知识； 3、联合造型师确认造型方案的技术成立性； 4、依据造型面，开展部品的结构设计； 5、理解性能要求、法规要求、工艺要求等，联合相关部门，实现结构设计的成立； 6、针对部品实物和实车，解析和解决生产现场发生的设计问题；
7、市场问题解决，降本VAVE推进 任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，车辆工程/机电相关专业 2、3年以上工作经验（整车公司的研发经验或知名供应商的研发经验） 3、逻辑思维敏捷，思路清晰，表达准确 4、积极主动，具有良好的沟通、组织协调、团队合作能力 5、会日语者优先
