该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责 1. 负责区域轻卡先租后买业务开拓、渠道搭建与团队管理，完成业绩指标 2. 开发轻卡经销商、物流企业、车队等B端合作资源，拓展C端客户 3. 制定区域营销方案，推进车辆先租后买全流程，把控风控与回款 4. 维护客户关系，处理业务对接、谈判签约、售后跟进及客诉 5. 调研市场竞品与政策，优化业务模式，提升区域市场占有率 任职要求 1. 有先租后买实操经验，轻卡/商用车销售经理经验优先 2. 熟悉本地轻卡业务、物流、汽车金融市场，自带客户/渠道资源优先 3. 具备独立拓客、商务谈判、团队管理与风险把控能力 4. 持有C1及以上驾照，能适应区域内外勤拜访 5. 目标感强，抗压能力优秀，有车贷、融资租赁、货车销售相关经验者优先
