• Algorithm Development控制算法开发 Design supervisory and regulation control strategies for wind turbines to improve aerodynamic efficiency to the maximum extent and realize effective management of unit structural loads. 设计风机监控与调节控制策略，***化机组气动效率，实现风机结构载荷的精准管控。
• System Simulation系统仿真验证 Build dynamic models of wind turbines with simulation software, conduct pre-verification tests on control algorithm performance before prototype commissioning and physical deployment. 使用仿真软件搭建风机动力学模型，在样机实物投运前完成控制性能仿真测试与验证。
• Software Integration & Programming软件编程与集成开发 Develop control algorithms and complete code integration; transplant algorithms into PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and embedded systems via C, C++, Python and MATLAB. 基于 C、C++、Python、MATLAB 编写控制算法，完成算法代码集成，将控制逻辑移植部署至可编程逻辑控制器（PLC）及各类嵌入式系统。

Qualifications

• Education Background: Master’s degree or Doctorate from 985 Project universities. 学历要求：985 院校硕士或博士学历
• Working Experience工作经验: 1) Candidates with Master degree: minimum 6–7 years relevant wind power industry working experience; 硕士候选人：至少 6-7 年风电行业相关工作经验； 2) Candidates with Doctoral degree: minimum 4 years relevant wind power industry working experience; 博士候选人：至少 4 年风电行业相关工作经验； 3) General standard: minimum 5 years industrial experience for master/PhD applicants. 统一基础门槛：硕博候选人需具备至少 5 年工业从业经验
• Language Proficiency: C-level English proficiency, capable of reading technical documents and communicating in work scenarios. 语言能力：英语 C 级水平，可独立阅读英文技术资料、开展工作沟通
• Professional Competency: Familiar with wind turbine control algorithms, dynamic simulation tools, PLC and embedded software development; proficient in C/C++, Python and MATLAB programming. 专业能力：熟悉风机控制算法、动力学仿真工具、PLC 及嵌入式软件开发，熟练使用 C/C++、Python、MATLAB 进行编程开发
