该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1. 培训体系与课程开发 具有员工入职、岗位技能、管理能力提升等体系化培养项目设计及运营的丰富经验； 能够组织开发培训教材和课程，推动内部讲师队伍建设； 根据公司战略和业务需求，规划人才培养相关项目并主动推动落地； 具备搭建各岗位学习地图，学习平台运营相关经验； 2.关键人才培养项目设计与运营 具有高潜人才、继任者计划等关键人才培养项目的全流程设计与运营经验； 能够协同业务部门识别核心人才，制定差异化培养方案； 具有导师制、轮岗计划、行动学习等相关经验，确保人才成长可追踪、可评估； 任职要求： 1、基本条件：本科及以上学历，5年以上培训或人才发展相关工作经验 2、有连锁餐饮/零售行业人才发展经验优先；
