- 主导CNC/气密/焊接夹具中至少一项的技术实施与问题解决
- 参与夹具调试、验收及生产现场的技术支持
- 持续改进夹具性能，提升生产效率与产品质量
任职要求：
- 机械设计、模具制造等相关专业，3年以上夹具设计经验
- 精通CNC/气密/焊接夹具中至少一项技术领域
- 熟练使用UG/SolidWorks等设计软件及AutoCAD制图
- 具备良好的问题分析与解决能力及团队协作精神
