- 制定并执行换电站预防性维护计划，降低故障率30%以上
- 协调处理重大设备故障，平均响应时间控制在2小时内
- 管理5-8人运维团队，提升团队效率。 任职要求：
1.3年以上新能源行业设备运维经验，熟悉换电技术标准
- 持有高压电工证或机电类相关职业资格证书
- 熟练使用各类检测设备
- 具备团队管理经验，能适应7×24小时应急响应
