该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：
- 负责动力电池与储能系统的售前技术方案设计，支持年销售额超5000万的战略项目
- 主导客户技术交流，完成超过50场次的产品方案演示与技术答疑
- 分析市场与竞品，输出行业分析报告，支撑至少3条核心产品线迭代
- 协同销售团队完成项目投标，确保技术方案得分不低于90分
任职要求：
- 具备5年以上动力电池或储能行业技术方案经验，熟悉BMS、PCS等核心系统
- 精通储能系统集成、电池热管理、安全标准等关键技术领域
- 具备优秀的客户沟通与方案呈现能力，能独立承担大型项目技术对接
- 本科及以上学历，电气工程、自动化、新能源相关专业优先
