What they need
工作职责:
- 独立运营自媒体平台， 负责日常发布内容的素材搜集、内容策划及文案撰写
- 建立有效的新媒体运营体系提升用户的活跃度，定位目标客户群，提高品牌曝光
- 负责与相关部门日常沟通协调，制定内容营销方案
- 负责多媒体推广物料制作（视频、三维交互、H5等）
任职条件:
- 本科以上学历，3年及以上新媒体运营经验，专业不限
- 对抖音、短视频、微信等社交平台有一定新媒体技术和运作经验者优先，
会使用视频编辑软件者优先
- 具有一定的文案功底，对于网络营销事件及热点话题具备敏感度
- 具备较强的创新能力及发散思维，具备良好的团队合作意识
