负责新产品开发过程各类工艺文件的编制 3 负责组织对生产过程料废的统计，分析并提出改善措施 4 对生产过程中存在的不合理有义务和责任提出改善措施 5 负责新产品模具的试模工作并按规定写出试模报告 6 协助主管做好内部管理工作 岗位要求 Requirement: 1 5年以上汽车铝合金压铸前期工艺开发工作经验 2 大专以上学历，机械相关专业 3 熟悉压铸设备的操作过程，认知熔炼设备及其他压铸设备的使用和特点 3 熟练掌握压铸工艺参数的计算和实际使用 4 熟练使用OFFICE办公软件及CAD等制图软件 5 能独立编制压铸工艺指导书，熔炼作业指导书，铸件清理作业指导书等 6 工作积极主动、细致，责任心强，具有良好的沟通能力和团队精神
