一全程参与尽职调查项目的执行工作，包括企业管理层访谈、行业专家访谈、桌面研究、信息整理与分析等，并协助项目经理完成报告撰写，参与项目汇报 一能够在项目经理的指导下，独立完成较为简单的尽职调查项目 一能够针对项目BP进行初步分析评估，完成项目初筛报告，为下一步决策提供依据 一协助领导完成潜在项目方案的撰写，以及完成领导交代的其他工作 【岗位要求】 一应届毕业生或2年以内工作经验，国内外一流高校本科及以上学历，金融/经管类专业，具有投资/咨询/商业分析/行业研究等相关领域实习/工作经验者优先； 一具有工业硬科技、生物医疗、新能源等相关领域教育背景或知识储备者优先 一具备基础商业分析和财务知识，通过基金从业资格、CFA等优先 一具备基本的信息收集能力，快速学习能力以及发现问题能力 一逻辑思维能力强，执行力强，任务导向型，能适应快速的工作节奏 一英语可作为工作语言，具备英文资料/文献的阅读能力，熟练掌握Office软件
职位薪资：
400-800/天
