进出口专员

Responsible for import and export for GC business 负责进出口业务 Key Responsibilities岗位职责：

• Manage all import/export PO/orders of Chinese GC business, feedback quotation/ order confirmation; 跟踪中国所有进出口订单, 提供报价和交期；
• Collect and review forecasts from GC, and maintain them in system, to prepare material in time. Follow up with customer to keep improving forecasts accuracy; 收集评估预测订单,维护系统，按时准备好物料。追踪客户预测的精确度；
• Work closely with planners and buyers to monitor production plans and key materials, to avoid materials shortage; 与生产计划和采购紧密合作，监控生产计划和关键物料，避免物料短缺；
• When there is PO/forecasts adjustment, inform planner and buyers to pull in /push out plan and material, and feedback customer; 当订单/预测有调整时，及时通知计划和采购调整物料交期和生产计划，并和客户保持紧密良好沟通；
• Handle delivery issues with customers and forwarders, and prepare related shipping DOCs such as BL/CO; 安排交付物流相关问题和资料；
• Compare freight cost and timing with different forwarders, to optimize logistical cost; 比对不同货运代理的物流费用及运输时间，优化物流成本；
• Raise PO to GC for domestic/SEA business, review OPO OC and update timely, work with GC to pull in/push out delivery requested by customer; 及时跟进国内/东南亚业务对集团产品的需求安排采购订单，根据客户需求提前/延后交付；
• Manage and coordinate customs clearance related process and documents; 管理及协调海关报关事宜及资料；
• Performs other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required. 完成被指派或要求的其他职责 Requirements:任职要求：
• Bachelor's Degree of electronic or Business大学以上，电子、贸易相关专业 2. 5 years order management , supply chain management, such as material control and production plan; 5年以上进出口业务管理，物料、生产计划管理工作经验
• Have experience in international trade practices and be familiar with the compliance requirements for imports and exports. 具备国际贸易实务经验，熟悉进出口合规要求
• Fluent English 英语听说读写流利
• Skilled in using SAP/ERP place order/PO, export related report, ETC. 熟悉SAP/ERP订单系统
