该职位来源于猎聘工作职责 1、富锂锰基正极材料产品开发，可独立开展行业动态跟踪、产品设计、表征、分析及优化工作； 2、带领所属团队，高效完成产品开发工作； 3、对内开展适当的部门衔接，对外承客户产品推广和客户技术支持；任职资格硕士及以上学历，211以上学历优先，锂电相关专业优先；熟悉锂电正极材料产品开发流程，具有独立开发富锂锰或三元材料新产品经验者优先；学习能力强，较好的沟通能力，具备一定的团队领导能力；服从工作安排，吃苦耐劳
