该职位来源于猎聘 主要职责 1 编制利润预测、滚动预测等管理报告，并对预实结果进行跟踪分析 2 编制财务经营分析报告 3 编制各类常规财务报表及报告 4 配合外部审计师完成年度审计工作，编制年度审计财务报告 5 优化和完善现有财务报告系统，提高财务信息化水平
任职资格 1 大学本科或以上学历，会计学或相关专业
2 2年以上保险行业工作经验
3 英语六级及以上，听说读写流利；熟悉保险公司财务报告编制要求及流程，具有新保险合同准则经验；熟练使用办公操作软件及财务软件；具有CPA、ACCA等相关资格者优先
4 责任心强，认真仔细、踏实稳重，具有良好的学习能力和理解能力，及时发现和解决工作中遇到的问题
