该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： -协助Recruiter高效完成人才招聘的工作 -负责招聘全流程的跟进，包括但不限于需求对接，职位发布、候选人寻访及简历筛选、电话沟通及面试安排、面试结果跟踪及反馈等 -及时收集招聘相关信息和数据，对数据进行统计与分析，提交总结报告 -支持招聘相关的项目及其他招聘相关的工作 任职要求： -本科及以上学历 -致力于在HR领域长期发展，具备招聘或猎头实习经验者优先考虑 -可尽快到岗，能保证每周出勤4-5天、实习3个月及以上者优先考虑 -积极主动，开放坦诚，具备较强的沟通和协作能力，能够承担较大的工作压力
