该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 一、招商工作 1、协助写字楼项目招商租赁工作，负责客户挖掘，建立招商渠道； 2、负责项目租赁相关数据的分析，跟进调研市场动态； 3、协助对招商项目进行宣传策划，协调落实相关服务工作。 二、运营工作 1、协助写字楼项目租金收缴率、运营品质、客户满意度等指标达标； 2、负责处理客户投诉，客户满意度提升，进行客户维护； 3、检查区域项目的各类物业管理服务工作，保证项目运营质量； 4、管控区域项目开展各类运营增值服务，维护客户关系。 任职要求： 1、2027届学生，专业不限，每周出勤至少4天； 2、较强的沟通能力，有团队协作意识；
