- （1）负责商保客户到院后的服务衔接、权益核销与全流程服务交付
- （2）对接各院区运营团队，确保客户服务流程顺畅，体验一致
- （3）按产品类型分线上权益和线下场景两条线运营，确保两类产品均有专人负责
- （4）负责院区内部宣导、服务流程优化与客户体验设计
- （5）建立服务交付SOP，确保服务标准化与可复制
岗位要求:
- 任职要求：
- （1）具备3年以上保险/银行渠道对接、客户运营或商务拓展经验
- （2）熟悉商保渠道的客户经营逻辑与业务场景，有政府/企业直销经验者优先
- （3）具备独立的方案设计能力与跨团队协调能力
