该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责： 1、确保寡核苷酸类项目保质保量，按期完成，根据人员能力和工作情况进行人员和项目安排、调整。 2、组织寡核苷酸类关键技术攻关，对于部门内人员给予技术指导，对部门内工艺开发质量负责。 3、严格审核项目各项消耗，确保项目成本消耗得到合理控制。 4、组织验证生产计划，并对过程进行监督，对计划内容负责。 5、严格遵守公司的安全管理制度，督促公司各项安全制度的落实，定期对部门员工进行安全知识培训、教育和考核，确保工作安全。 6、全面支持和维护公司的GMP质量管理体系，建立和培养研发人员生产过程中严格的质量控制意识。 任职要求： 1、博士学历，有机化学，药物化学或其他相关专业
