该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1.负责新系列设计和开发过程，并对产品设计和开发输出负责；量产品的成本优化； 2.负责项目管理，按管理标准和流程进行新品开发和量产品变更； 3.负责主导周期性试验失效品的分析过程，拟制报告；参与新材料的评估和验证过程，对材料放行报告进行评审。 任职要求： 1.本科及以上学历，有三至五年左右的工作经验，有被动电子元器件行业经验优先；
- 理工类，化学/材料/电子/机械等专业，对电子元器件有一定了解； 3.懂得APQP, FMEA, Control Plan，5why等工具者优先； 4.熟练使用办公软件，具备英文读写能力，口语交流流利优先； 5.认真细心，工作严谨，动手能力强，主观能动性强，团队合作精神；
