• Responsible for daily production management and on-site process execution of the production to ensure production targets are achieved on schedule. 负责生产线日常生产管理及现场工艺执行，确保生产计划按时完成。
• Responsible for monitoring process parameters, analyzing production abnormalities, and driving continuous improvement to enhance yield and production efficiency. 负责生产过程中工艺参数执行、异常分析及问题改善，协助提升产品良率与生产效率。
• Participate in new production line setup, equipment installation, commissioning, trial production, and mass production ramp-up activities. 参与新产线导入、设备安装调试、试生产及量产爬坡工作。
• Assist in establishing and optimizing SOPs, work instructions, and standardized production management systems. 协助建立和优化生产SOP、作业指导书及现场标准化管理体系。
• Collaborate with process, equipment, and quality teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions. 配合工艺、设备及质量团队分析并解决生产异常问题，推动改善闭环。
• Responsible for 5S implementation, production safety, and operator discipline management on the shop floor. 负责现场5S、安全管理及操作规范执行。
• Support operator training, skill development, and daily production coordination. 协助操作人员培训、技能提升及日常生产协调管理。
• Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor or management team. 完成上级及管理层安排的其他工作。 Qualifications / 任职要求
• College degree or above, major in Materials, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields is preferred. 大专及以上学历，材料、化工、机械、自动化等相关专业。
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience; coating, film, lithium battery, optical film, or functional material industry experience is preferred. 2年以上制造业相关经验，有涂布、薄膜、锂电、光学膜或功能材料行业经验。
• Familiar with manufacturing site management and capable of troubleshooting and solving production issues independently. 熟悉制造现场管理流程，具备生产异常分析及问题解决能力。
• Experience with coating equipment or similar processes is preferred. 有涂布设备相关经验。
• Strong execution ability, responsibility, communication, and teamwork skills. 具备较强执行力、责任心及沟通协调能力。
• Candidates with "from zero to one" plant setup experience, from equipment installation and commissioning to full line operation, will be highly preferred. 具备从设备安装调试到产线跑通的“从0到1”建厂经验。
• Accept production pressure when required. 具备一定抗压能力。
